The website www.MoreBass.com is owned and operated by More Bass Inc. (“we” / “us”). We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out the basis on which we collect personal data from you, or that you provide to us. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully in order to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data. By using the Site or any More Bass Service, you agree to the use of the data that we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We collect the minimum amount of information about you that is necessary in providing you with the best possible service.

Information Collected

  1. When using our services or platforms, we may collect and process tracking information about your device, location and other details to help us improve our service to you. In addition, we may collect and process the following information about you:

User Registration: personal information that you provide when registering as a user on our Site including but not limited to your name, any social media usernames, date of birth and email address. You may also be required to provide us with your username and/or email address so that we may be able to respond to any queries you or other users may have. More Bass recommends you take great care when choosing your username as it may reveal personal information about you. This information may be available to the general public.
  3. Social Media: user registration requires an account. By registering with More Bass, you allow More Bass to access certain information relating to such accounts and to post content to such accounts.
    1. Twitter. By registering your More Bass account through your account with Twitter you will allow More Bass to read tweets from your timeline, see who you follow, and with your permission, follow new people, update your profile and post tweets for you. More Bass may automatically share your broadcasts on your Twitter account. Information no longer shared on Twitter may continue to be publicly available to other More Bass users.
    2. Facebook. By registering any More Bass account through your account with Facebook you will allow More Bass access to your basic information stored with Facebook, including your name, profile picture, gender, networks, user ID, list of friends, and any other information that you have made public. You will also allow More Bass, with your permission, to post status messages, notes, photos and videos on your behalf. More Bass will automatically share your broadcasts on your Facebook account. Information no longer shared on Facebook may continue to be publicly available to other More Bass users.
    3. We take privacy very seriously and understand that you may not wish to share everything you do on More Bass with others. You will have control over what information you want to share through the More Bass Service and will able to disable or restrict certain sharing features such as auto-posting in your More Bass account settings.
    4. Site Visits/IP Information/Cookies, More: details of any visits you make to the Site which may include, but is not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs, other communication data, and the resources that you access or use. IP Address and browser Information: we may collect information about your computer, laptop or mobile media device which may include, but is not limited to, your IP address, operating system and browser type. Such information helps us to develop the Site, MoreBass.com and/or our Broadcast Software. And with Cookies: for the same reason, we may also obtain information about your general Internet usage and browsing habits. We may do this by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer.
    5. Competitions: we may request additional information if you enter a competition or promotion. Such additional information may include your name, age, gender and other demographic information.
    6. Records/Surveys: if you contact us to report an abuse, make a complaint, report a problem with the Site, any More Bass Service and/or for any other reason, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We may provide you with the opportunity to complete surveys that we may use for research purposes. These surveys are optional and you may decide not to respond to them.
    7. Third-Party Products and Services: we do not collect personal information (e.g. credit card numbers and addresses) related to any transaction where you choose to purchase any products or services by clicking on a third party link on the More Bass or affiliated Site.
  4. Storage Consent.
    1. When you provide any information to More Bass through the Site and/or by using the Site, MoreBass.com Service and/or any other More Bass Software as a registered user, you are consenting to the collection, storage and use of your personal information by More Bass as set out in this Privacy Policy and in our Terms. You understand and grant consent to the collection, maintenance, processing and transfer of such information. If you do not consent to the collection, maintenance, processing and transfer of such information to territories outside the US, then you must not use the Site, More Bass Services and/or you accept that many features of the Site, or other More Bass Services may not be available to you.
    2. When you provide More Bass with personally identifiable information, it may be transferred to other entities or stored on our servers or the servers of a third party. The transfer and/or storage may take place outside the United States (US). Countries outside the US have different privacy laws that provide different levels of protection for your personally identifiable information, and such laws may not be as comprehensive as those that exist in the US. In becoming a registered user, you consent to More Bass’s transmission to, and processing of your information in any jurisdiction in accordance with our Policy. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
    3. The transmission of information via the Internet is never completely Although More Bass will do its best to protect your personal data and use industry standard procedures and security features to try to prevent any unauthorized access by a third party, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site. You accept that transmission of your personal data is done at your own risk.
  5. Use of Information
    1. Non-personally identifiable information may be shared with third parties to help us to introduce, develop and improve the Site, More Bass Services, or for other purposes, such as providing more relevant services to users.
    2. We may use your email address to contact you and send you notifications or information related to the Site, or any More Bass. We may also use your email address for security reasons so that we can verify your identity.
    3. You may be able to set preferences and control the elements of your personal information which are shared with other users of any More Bass If you choose to display personal or other information to other users of any More Bass Service, you accept that you do so at your own risk. We recommend that you do not share any personal contact information. You can remove yourself from any mailing list or similar device, by notifying us at, Support@MoreBass.com.
    4. We may at our sole discretion and without prior notice disclose users’ personally identifiable information if we reasonably believe we are compelled to do so by any law, regulation or other government authority, in order to protect our rights and/or property or the rights and/or property of the general public. We may also co-operate with law enforcement agencies and where required, may disclose users’ personally identifiable information.
      Acquisitions and Divestitures. We may disclose personal information to third parties if we acquire or dispose of any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or purchaser of such business or assets; or if our assets or a substantial part of our assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets.
  6. The Site may contain links to and from Third Party Sites. If you follow a link to any Third Party Site, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for such policies. You should check these policies before you submit any personal data to such Third Party Sites.
    Transactions. You may be allowed to purchase artists’ music or merchandise from some of our Site(s). This Privacy Policy applies to any personal information you provide in connection with any such purchases. In some instances, you may be directed to a third-party site to initiate your transaction. These third-party sites will be clearly identified and link to their own privacy policies so you know which company is collecting your personal information. You should refer to those policies for any privacy-related concerns regarding your purchase with them.
    Information Sharing. We will share your personal information with third parties in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy. We may provide your personal information to companies that help us with our business activities (e.g. processing credit card transactions, shipping your order, assisting us in Site operations, providing customer service, delivering email newsletters, etc.) or that assist us in improving our products, content, services or advertising. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services.

      Choice/Opt-Out. You may choose to stop receiving newsletters, updates or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails. Some Sites also allow you to change your email preferences within your online profile. If you have previously enabled your computer or mobile device to send us location information, you may be able to opt-out from further allowing us to access such information by changing the settings on your computer or mobile device or by uninstalling the application.
      Tracking Technologies. We and our third-party partners may automatically collect information as you browse our Site(s) such as the domain name, Internet Service Provider, browser type and version, mobile device ID, operating system and device type, average time spent on our Site(s), pages viewed, information accessed, the Internet Protocol (IP) address you use to connect to the Internet and related geographical information about your computer or mobile device. Such information is sometimes referred to as web analytics and/or clickstream data. We and our third party partners use cookies and other technologies such as web beacons to keep track of your visits, preferences and profile information. This information is used to make our Site(s) easier to use, improve our advertising, and to provide you with a more personal and convenient experience. For example, we may use this information to store some of your preferences or to provide you with tailored advertisements related to your specific interests. Additionally, should you choose to enroll, we and our third party partners may use this information to allow you to participate in one of our fan rewards programs. We and some of our third party partners use Flash cookies to store some of your preferences or personal information. In some of our email messages, we use “click-through URLs” or pixel tags to determine whether the email has been opened and to measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. This data may also be used to gauge your interest in particular topics, so we can deliver a more relevant, personal and convenient user-experience.
      Security. The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive billing information on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). If you choose to use a third party payment option to pay for your order, its privacy statement and security practices will apply to your information. We encourage you to read that privacy statement before providing your information.
      Updating Your Personal Information. Our Sites may offer different methods for updating your personal information. To review and update your personal information on artist marketing Sites, please log in to your profile/account on each Site where you have registered. To update your billing or shipping information for purchases, please follow the customer service instructions in your order confirmation email.
      Consent to Processing. Our Sites are operated in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our Sites, or providing us with any information, you fully understand and unambiguously consent to this transfer, processing and storage of your information in the United States, a jurisdiction in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in the country where you reside and/or are a citizen.
      Additional Information. Widgets – Our Site(s) may include interactive mini-programs that provide specific services from another company (e.g., displaying digital news feeds, playing music, “liking” or sharing content, etc.), often referred to as widgets. You may have the opportunity to submit personal information, such as your email address, for collection through a widget. A widget may also use browser or Flash cookies and/or collect clickstream and usage data. Information collected by a widget is governed by the privacy policy of the company that created it.
      Links to Other Sites: Our Site(s) may include links to other sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of More Bass. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
      Children – We do not attempt to collect any personal information from those under the age of 13. If you feel that we have unknowingly collected information from someone under the age of 13, please contact us immediately and this information will be removed.       Changes To This Policy. By using our Site(s), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time and, as such, we encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. If we make a material change to the way in which we collect, use, and/or share your personal information, we will send an email to users who have provided an email address or post a notice on our Site(s) prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Site(s) after a revised version of this Privacy Policy has been posted will signify your consent to the terms of such revised policy.
